The Esther Circle is the official women’s ministry of Wayne Duval Ministries, created to empower women to walk in their God-given identity, purpose, and destiny — for such a time as this.
At the heart of this ministry is Quanter Duval, a devoted servant of God, passionate leader, and seasoned mentor. With over 20 years of ministry experience alongside her husband, Pastor Wayne Duval, Quanter has faithfully sown into the lives of women across generations and cultures.
She has played influential roles in multiple women’s movements, including her years of service in the Rhema Women’s Ministry. Known for her wisdom, compassion, and hands-on leadership, Quanter has initiated and led numerous outreach programs focused on healing, restoration, and empowering women to rise into their fullness in Christ.
In addition to her spiritual leadership, Quanter brings two decades of professional experience in the health sector. She is a qualified Nursing Educator with a deep passion for holistic care — nurturing both the physical and spiritual well-being of those she serves.
Her life’s mission is to awaken purpose in every woman, to see brokenness healed by God’s love, and to equip daughters of the King to lead, serve, and shine.
The Esther Circle is more than a ministry — it is a movement of faith, courage, and sisterhood. Under Quanter Duval’s leadership, women are inspired to discover their royal identity, stand in their authority, and walk boldly into their destiny.

We exist to disciple women in the truth of God’s Word, raise up intercessors, mentors, leaders, and world-changers who reflect the character of Christ with beauty, humility, and power.
Through prayer gatherings, mentorship programs, teaching, worship, and service, we empower women to rise with the boldness of Esther, the wisdom of Deborah, and the faithfulness of Mary — becoming vessels of healing, restoration, and revival in their homes, communities, and nations.
We are committed to building a movement of women who are not only inspired but transformed — equipped to lead with grace, speak with authority, and stand in the gap for others. We believe that every woman has been positioned by God “for such a time as this”, and we walk together to see destinies unlocked, legacies restored, and God’s glory revealed through the lives of His daughters.
